Shipping 

I ship using USPS Priority Mail which delivers within three business days. I will send you tracking data when your order ships so you can follow its progress. Deliveries may take longer to Alaska and Hawaii. Please add 3-5 days extra for shipments from overseas. 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

I ship outside of the United States, but the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance as well as custom duties, taxes and any other expenses (if applicable). Each country is different. Please contact me for details. 

Cancellation and Returns

Buyer may request an order cancellation within 2 days of placing the order. 

What is your return policy?

I happily accept returns. Please contact me within 10 days of receipt. All returned items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving. The item must be returned in its original condition. 

The full purchase price of the item will be refunded net of return shipping costs as soon as the artist confirms that the item is in its original condition. If the item is damaged a fee will apply equal to 50% of the purchase price. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed as soon as I receive the returned item and can confirm that it is in its original condition. Generally that should take 5-10 business days after the item is returned.
